Substitutions
Want to make the lemon drop shot but don't have simple syrup? No problem.
You can substitute the simple syrup with 2 ounces of sprite or lemon lime soda for added sweetness. different diet.
Top tips
The size of shot glasses vary from 1.25 ounces to 3.5 ounces. When making cocktails be sure to be aware of how big your shot glasses are so you can adjust the recipe accordingly.
Want to make sure your shots are cold when you serve them? Add ice to your shaker right before you mix your drink. Just be sure to shake carefully, as you don't want to froth up your shots.
