Brie: You can grab a brie cheese wheel from most grocery stores.
Cranberry sauce: To top the brie with. You can use homemade cranberry sauce or your favorite store-bought one.
Dried cranberries: Adds a nice tang and texture to the cheese.
Walnuts: To top off the brie, adds a great flavor and crunch. You can also use pecans instead.
Honey: A drizzle of honey adds a delicious sweetness that combines well with brie.
Rosemary: A touch of fresh rosemary looks amazing on the brie when served and it smells amazing!
Instructions
First, you'll start by baking the brie. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 8 ounce brie cheese (in wheel form)
- ¼ cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablesppon honey
- 2 rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet or cast iron skillet with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven.
- Remove from the oven and gently expose the creamy cheese under the crust using two forks. Top with cranberry sauce, dried cranberries and walnuts.

Notes
Brie will cool very fast, and won't be so melty. Be sure to make right before you're planning to serve.
