Ingredients
Our turkey breast recipe includes a medley of savory herbs that enhance the flavor and tantalize your taste buds.
For this recipe, you'll need:
Turkey breast: The start of the show, boneless turkey breast, fresh or recently thawed.
Avocado oil: I like cooking with avocado oil and refined coconut oil as they have no flavor, but give the a delicious crispness to your food. But you can substitute your favorite cooking oil or butter.
Fresh herbs: We used sage, rosemary and thyme.
Salt & Pepper: To taste.
See recipe card for quantities.
Instructions
Start by rubbing the turkey breast with your oil or melted butter. Then sprinkle the turkey breast with the fresh rosemary, thyme and sage, and sprinkle over the salt and fresh ground black pepper.

Then place the turkey breast into your air fryer basket with the skin facing up, and return the basket back into the air fryer.

Cook the turkey breast at 370°F for 20 minutes. Then flip the turkey over and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Check that the breast with a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

If it's still below 165°F then flip and cook for 5-minute intervals until it reaches the right internal temperature.
When it's hot enough, remove it from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before carving.

Substitutions
I used fresh herbs for the turkey breast, but you could substitute the fresh herbs for dried herbs. Just makes sure to only use ⅓ the amount when using dried herbs.
You could also change up the herbs to include whatever poultry seasoning blend you like.
Storage
You can store the leftover turkey breast in a sealable container for up to 4 days.
Equipment
We have a large air fryer, and it fits the turkey breast well. But a medium sized one could work too. Just make sure the turkey is centered and not touching the edges of the basket too much.
